JINHENG concrete batching plant contributes to Qatar concrete
The recently successfully installed batching plant by JINHENG engineers is the JHT120 compact batching plant, with a compaction capacity of 120 cubic meters per hour. The compact mixing plant is equipped with a hot-dip galvanized main frame. The support legs, main structure, cement, water, and additive weight batching machine, platform, stairs, and retaining walls of the main chassis are all fully hot-dip galvanized. The fully galvanized heavy-duty stable main chassis achieves extremely high durability, continuous long-life operation, and very sensitive weighing by minimizing the vibration of the scale.
 
This compact concrete mixing plant is equipped with KYC3000/2000 double shaft mixer. Batch production can be carried out using finished product transition warehouses without wasting any truck mixer time.
 
In response to Qatar's hot climate requirements, MEKA has designed a batching plant equipped with an ice weighing batching machine, a microsilica weighing system, and a second independent cement weighing batching machine for GGBS/fly ash. The batching plant includes a 4x 20 m ³ MEKA inline aggregate bin with fully galvanized discharge chute, a weighing hopper, and a weighing conveyor.
