JINHENG has successfully installed JHTMIX100 compact batching plant in Kuwait
JINHENG has added a new concrete batching plant in Kuwait in the Middle East. JINHENG engineers have successfully installed a 2 * JHTMIX100 compact concrete mixing plant for our client, and concrete production has also begun.
The factory is located in an industrial zone 130 kilometers south of the capital and will be used to produce ready mixed concrete.
The JHTMIX100 compact concrete mixing plant has started concrete production, with a 4x 20 m ³ aggregate bin and a 2 m ³ Japanese KYC double shaft mixer. The concrete mixing plant is equipped with two 100 ton cement silos and one 80 ton fly ash silo, as well as an additional fly ash scale.
JINHENG produces aggregate pouring tanks, weighing bins, weighing belts, and all safety devices for a 4x 20 m ³ capacity aggregate bin. These devices are standard equipment for the JHTMIX100 concrete mixing plant and have undergone galvanizing treatment. In addition, the main chassis where the mixer and cement, water, and additive scales are located is fully galvanized. The use of galvanized production equipment has extended the service life of concrete mixing plants.
Using the advanced JINHENG concrete production software developed by MEKA engineers, with Siemens PLC and Siemens Swarex weighing modules as standards, the highest level of weighing accuracy is ensured, and concrete production can be completed very quickly and easily.
