Concrete batching plant maintenance should be targeted
1. Mixing machine
(1) The mixing host can be said to be the main part of the mixing plant. The commonly used double horizontal shaft forced mixing host in the market is characterized by high productivity, short mixing cycle, and good comprehensive performance. Suitable for mixing dry hard, semi dry hard, plastic and various proportioned concrete.
(2) Key maintenance points for the mixing host:
① It is necessary to check daily whether the sound of its rotating parts is normal, and whether there is any heating or oil leakage in the gearbox and bearings.
② Observe whether the inlet and outlet of each sealed shaft end sealing chamber and distributor, as well as the sealing pipe oil pressure, are normal and stable, and whether there is sufficient lubricating oil at each lubrication point and gearbox.
③ It is necessary to observe whether the mixing tank is functioning properly. Check if there is any looseness in the lining plates and blades of each part. The normal interval between the blades and lining plates is 3-8mm. Once it exceeds 8mm, it needs to be replaced in a timely manner. When the wear of the mixing arm reaches a general level, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
④ Once the mixing host has been working for 1000 hours or six months, the lubricating oil should be replaced in a timely manner, and the hydraulic oil should be replaced every 2000 hours or six months of operation. Next, the concrete stuck in the mixing plant tank should be cleaned and manually cleaned every week to avoid hitting with a hammer and shaking the mixing arm or blades.
⑤ Regular inspections should be conducted on the sealing condition of the discharge door. In case of any abnormal situation, timely adjustments or replacement of the sealing strip are necessary.
2. Maintenance and use of liquid metering units
Before the first use, observe whether each transport fixture of the weighing system has been removed and whether the sensors are in working condition. During the first week of using the mixing plant, check the tightness of the support nut on the sensor and whether the water scale is balanced every day. Afterwards, it is necessary to conduct weekly inspections and regularly check the water scale and liquid additive scale for 50% of the weight or corresponding accurate weight of each scale to ensure the accuracy of the scale. Every six months or one year, the sorting scale should be calibrated according to national standards.
3. Material conveying system
1) Aggregate conveying, powder conveying, and liquid conveying are the three parts of material conveying. Aggregates are generally transported by belts, with horizontal belt conveyors for discharge and output, and inclined belt conveyors for conveying and lifting materials. The powder is generally transported by a screw conveyor, which is characterized by a simple structure and reliable use; Low cost; Liquid mainly refers to water and liquid additives, both of which are transported by water pumps.
(2) Key points for maintenance of material conveying system
① It is necessary to carefully inspect the surface of the conveyor belt for any damage, to see if there is any deviation or slippage during operation. Once there is damage, technical correction is needed. If deviation or slippage is found, technical correction is required.
② Check the usage condition of the conveyor belt cleaner, and replace it promptly if it is defective.
③ Check the stability and looseness of the belt conveyor drum and drag roller operation, and add lubricating grease to the drum and drag roller bearings.
④ Check whether the operation of the screw machine is stable, whether there are foreign objects or water entering the screw machine, and replace the lubricating oil in the screw machine every 1000 hours or six months.
⑤ It is necessary to check whether there is any leakage in the conveying pipeline. In winter, not only anti freezing protection should be carried out, but also the admixtures can crystallize due to the influence of low temperature, transforming from liquid to semi flowing. Therefore, before use, the admixture mixing device should be turned on and mixed evenly before being put into use.
