1. View the components of the concrete batching plant. During the normal operation period of the mixing plant, it is necessary to check the fixation and connection of the components before each start-up to ensure that they are sturdy and reliable; Moving parts should be sensitive and unobstructed.
2. Check the fuel consumption of the concrete batching plant. The amount of fuel in the fuel tank should be sufficient, and if there is a shortage, fuel that has been stacked and filtered should be added.
3. Register the oil circuit of the concrete batching plant. Open the oil valve on the pipeline, unscrew the vent screws of the fuel injection pump and the kerosene filter (manual oil pump can be used if equipped with a manual oil pump), exhaust the air in the oil circuit, and check for oil leakage.
4. Check the cooling water. When there is a shortage of water, compensate for the cleaning of soft water and check for any leakage.
5. Check the oil in the concrete batching plant. Pull out the dipstick to check the oil storage level. If the oil level is lower than the standard mark, it should be added; If the oil level exceeds the standard mark, the factor of increased engine oil should be identified and dealt with.
6. Manual lubrication of concrete batching plant. Add sufficient lubricating oil to the parts that require manual refueling.
7. Clean up the debris in the concrete batching plant. Check the area around and above the concrete batching plant machine. If there are any objects or other debris, they should be stored properly.
8. Manual rolling. Any mixing plant that can manually roll the crankshaft should roll the crankshaft several revolutions before starting up to improve the lubrication conditions of various conflicting parts and reduce starting resistance. When rolling the crankshaft, the oil control arrangement should be in the direction of stopping oil supply. If there is a pressure relief arrangement, it should be placed in the pressure relief valve.

1. Strengthen the collection of meteorological and climate information in construction site production scheduling, propose on-site measures and preparations, reduce losses caused by rain and flood shutdowns, and resume construction in a timely manner after rain.
2. Dredging means having a drainage system to ensure smooth drainage.
3. Prepare sufficient flood control materials and drainage equipment, reduce losses, reserve construction materials in advance, and ensure the continuity of construction during the flood season. Ensure proper drainage at the construction site to prevent flooding of production materials, equipment, and temporary facilities.
4. When pouring concrete, in case of heavy rain, mobile covering technology should be adopted to reduce the impact of rainfall.
