Aggregate storage hopper
The aggregate storage hopper is a key part of the mixing plant: they have multiple sizes and capacities to choose from, and are highly modular in design. Jinheng provides maximum configuration flexibility design in terms of the number and capacity of each compartment. Just like building blocks, each module is connected by bolts, making it easier to modify/move. The entire structure is painted or galvanized, and meets industrial standards in terms of quality and performance.
SilosJinheng provides solutions for handling and storing bulk materials. Aggregate Dosing & TransferThe weighing of aggregates adopts a three-point electronic weighing sensor with extremely high accuracy; The weighing process can be centralized in a weighing hopper and sorted through a belt conveyor, or independent weighing equipment can be used for each type of aggregate. The conveying system for aggregates from the weighing hopper to the mixer can use inclined belt conveyors or elevators to minimize the footprint.
Dosing process
Cement is transported from the silo via a screw conveyor, while additives are removed from the corresponding containers. Water is added through the corresponding pipeline. All materials are measured according to the formula and discharged by gravity.
MixingThe combination of concrete factories with our planetary or twin shaft mixers allows us to adjust the factory configuration according to the capacity and type characteristics of each construction site. The vertical axis planetary mixer is mainly designed for mixing plastic concrete, UHPC, Prefabricated components, etc. The horizontal double axis mixer performs well in the field of mixing due to its sturdy design, intuitive blade adjustment, and innovative vortex mixing action.
Concrete dischargeWe provide different solutions for concrete discharge. Especially in the production of prefabricated parts and roller compacted concrete, the storage hopper is one of the main solutions, which shortens the time for the mixer to discharge and open the door, and improves production efficiency by 15-20%; Less concrete splashing. Concrete distributionFor many years, Jinheng Company has developed a series of highly reliable concrete transportation and distribution equipment for the application in the prefabricated component industry. The dual track circulating concrete transport tank can be configured for dual loading and unloading, with two mixers loading simultaneously. Its driving speed is 120 meters per minute and its capacity is 1 to 3 cubic meters. Tank trucks have their own mixing function by rotating and unloading materials. Controlled by PLC system. Contral softJinheng Automation Control System has a user-friendly interface that can display all key factory operation information and enable one computer to control 1-3 sets of mixing plant equipment.
