• There are 4 or 6 aggregate silos upstairs, which saves time waiting for transportation during the mixing process and improves mixing efficiency. The upstairs rotating material sorting system has a long service life and is suitable for various production processes such as mortar wrapping and secondary feeding.
• Adopting a pulse bag filter, the dust removal efficiency can reach 99.9%, and the maintenance cost is low; Large scale fans actively extract air and remove dust, which can balance the pressure of various systems in the main building, ensuring measurement accuracy and cutting speed.
• The mixing efficiency of twin-screw belt mixer is 15% higher than that of ordinary mixer. The average strength of concrete has increased by 10%. In terms of energy consumption, it saves 20% compared to traditional forced mixing. It can produce any type of concrete (precast concrete, CVC, ready mixed concrete).
• The high-precision measuring system can accurately weigh cement, powder, additives, and sand and gravel materials, effectively ensuring the quality and safety of concrete (all weighing is equipped with a secondary weighing system).
• Fully galvanized heavy-duty steel structures can achieve extremely high durability, safe transportation, and continuous long-term operation. Minimize the vibration of the scale as much as possible to achieve sensitive weighing.
• The porting of control software does not require installation and can be directly copied and used, reducing maintenance difficulty, lowering maintenance costs, shortening maintenance time, and quickly meeting transformation needs.

3、Concrete batching plant coating applications
The top and sides of the aggregate bunker can be covered with trapezoidal sheets to both protect from environmental influences (rain, snow, wind, etc.) and to minimize the impact of dusting on the environment. The four sides and top of the main unit, which contains the mixer, cement-water-additive scales and aggregate waiting bunker, can be covered with trapezoidal sheets.
